How do Budgies Sounds?

Budgies are considered to be one of the smallest kind of parakeets which have a unique capacity of living in dry weather.

Nowadays, these beautiful birds are easily available in local markets around the world. They have very unique characteristics like colorful feathers, size, breeding habit and the most important is their unique sounds.

If you are living in Australia or in Asia then you must have heard the voice of this small bird which is very soothing and relaxing in the morning.

Mainly the male budgie makes chirping sounds that are full of melodies with a vast range of sounds from "tatata"  or "tototot". It has also observed that budgies learn different sounds from their atmosphere as if you put your budgie cage next to a television or a radio, he will learn a lot of words. In most of the cases, pet budgies can speak small words like "Hello" or "Your Name".

When will the budgie make sounds? Most of the time when a male budgie is sitting alone, he makes very strong chirping sounds to attract the attention of females for mating. In addition to that while performing sex, the male budgie makes sounds to show his dominance over the female. They also make sounds when they see another budgie making sound, so they respond accordingly and start talking with them.

If you have a single budgie at your home, you must have to play music or budgies sounds next to him so that he/she can not feel alone and can respond in a good and gentle way.
